Monster Computers LLC is a manufacturer of computer systems. We build each system one at a time by hand. We use the best components built with the needs of today's users and the demands of high-end games and as well as the needs of graphic artists or anyone who is just looking for raw computing power.

Our machines incorporate the latest and fastest components from world-class component makers such as Asus, XFX, Western Digital, Gigabyte, and others. All our systems come with a 30-day satisfaction guaranty. All system parts are covered by their original manufacturer warranty as well.

30-day guarantee.

We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the system you purchased you may return it to us for a complete refund. The system must include all the original packaging as well as all the unfilled out warranty cards for the components.

All systems are thoroughly tested and known to be in good working order before being shipped. Upon receiving your system you should inspect your system and once operational, check to insure that it appears to be working properly. Any apparent defects should be made known to us as soon as possible so that if in fact you have a defective component, it can be replaced within the 30 days. DO NOT FILL OUT ANY WARRANTY CARDS until you are completely satisfied that the system is in good working order. Once the manufacturer's cards have been filled out you will have activated those manufacturer's warranties and the respective component manufacturer, if necessary, will handle part replacement under terms of their warranty.

Once you have your system up and running and are satisfied with your purchase, fill out the warranty cards for the various components. This will activate the manufacturers warranties for the various components included with your purchase. Review the materials included with your purchase for detailed warranty information for each component.

1-year customer service.

During the first year of ownership we will provide customer service via email and telephone. During the first 30 days we will assist you in getting your system up and running if you are having issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise including handing any product replacement should it become necessary. After the 30-day guarantee period is over we will continue to provide support in the form of trying to help diagnose and troubleshoot potential problems. We do not provide support for installing software or reconfigurations of the machine or OS setup nor do we provide support for virus removal or protection. Please review your documentation included with the software on your machine for those issues. Any product that requires replacing after the 30-day guarantee is the responsibility of the customer but we will assist in the process to the degree we are able. Product replacement under the manufacturer warranties will be handled between the customer and that manufacturer.
